Programs

In Wichita County, many of our neighbors face daily challenges; aging alone, living on a fixed income, or struggling to put meals on the table. At Meals on Wheels Wichita County, we believe no one should have to face those challenges in silence.

That’s why we offer a collection of programs designed not only to feed the body, but to lift spirits, strengthen families, and create a lasting sense of connection.

Each of these programs meets a specific need but together, they form a circle of care that brings dignity, health, and hope to the people we serve.

Meals on Wheels

At the heart of our work is Meals on Wheels, providing hot, nutritious meals delivered right to the doors of homebound adults across Wichita County. Along with the meal comes a warm smile and a daily wellness check, often the only interaction a client has all day.

CASE MANAGEMENT

Our licensed social workers conduct wellness checks, connect clients to essential resources, and provide support during times of urgent need. We are the safety net behind the meal.

Kids Programs

We believe healthy families start with healthy children. We work together with the Wichita Falls Area Food Bank for their Kids Café and PowerPak 4 Kids programs. Together we provide meals and take-home food packs for children facing food insecurity, especially on weekends and during school breaks.

Animeals
