Kids Community Champions Day with Meals on Wheels

Wednesday, August 5, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

This special event gives kids the opportunity to step into the role of a Community Champion. The morning will begin with a light breakfast, followed by a hands-on experience where participants will help deliver meals to members of the community. After their deliveries, kids will return to enjoy a refreshing snow cone and celebrate their impact.

Each child who participates will receive a complimentary event t-shirt, and thanks to generous community support, the event is completely free to attend. Space is limited, and families must sign up in advance to secure a spot.

Kids Community Champions Day is designed to instill values of kindness, empathy, and civic engagement at a young age. By involving youth in meaningful service, the event helps foster a sense of connection and responsibility within the community.
