Your donation will provide meals for those served by the Meals on Wheels program. 58% of our funding comes from generous donors like YOU. Your generous gift will change someone’s life. Thank you so much for supporting Meals on Wheels Wichita County!

Your patronage supports hot and nutritionally-balanced meals that will be prepared and delivered to 850–900 local seniors, across 57 routes every day. This makes a monumental difference in the quality of life for our homebound and disabled seniors.

 

How Your Donation Helps

Each meal cost approximately $6.50 to prepare, package, and deliver. Here’s a brief breakdown of how your donation impacts the seniors in our community.

  • $32.50 provides 5 meals to a local senior citizen.

  • $45.50 provides a full week or 7 days of meals to a senior.

  • Approximately $97 provides ½ a month of meals to a senior.

  • $195 provides a full month of meals to a local senior.

  • $390 provides 2 full months of meals to a local senior.

  • Approximately $2,375 provides meals for 365 days a year.
