Meals on Wheels events are a fun way to interact and give back to the community at the same time. 58% of our funding is from donations. Events have played a large role in helping us raise awareness and critical funds we need to extend our reach to more homebound seniors in Wichita County. We could not do this without our dedicated volunteers and sponsors. As the need for our services continues to grow, your support becomes even more critical to our mission.

12th Annual Meals on Wheels Wichita Falls Golf Tournament
Join us and take a swing at senior hunger! The 12th Annual Meals on Wheels Wichita Falls Golf Tournament will take place on Friday, October 20, 2023. We are excited to be back this year to spend time with our favorite golfers and raise money for our programs.
The tournament will take place at The Champions Course at Weeks Park in Wichita Falls. Registration begins at 11:00 AM, lunch will be served at 12:00 PM, and shotgun start at 1:00 PM.
The cost is $90 per person with beverages included, $100 for a hole sponsorship, and $420 for both a team and hole sponsorship. All proceeds go to Meals on Wheels program.

Texoma Gives 2023
Mark your calendars for September 7, 2023. This will be a historic day for everyone in the Wichita Falls area to GIVE BIG! Our goals is to fund our weekend meals program that was launched through Texoma Gives in 2017. 49% of our clients would not have food on the weekends if it were not for this program.
The purpose of an area-wide day like Texoma Gives is to bring the region together on one day to raise money and awareness for Texoma non-profits. Your monetary gifts make non-profits stronger, and stronger non-profits make our community stronger.

Kid's Community Champions Day 2023
Kids of all ages are invited to share in this day of giving by delivering a Meals on Wheels route!
Meals on Wheels Kid’s Community Champions Day is an opportunity for children to experience the joy of volunteerism and be a champion by helping to feed seniors, disabled and homebound, within our community.

Deadline to sign up for the Meals on Wheels Kid’s Community Champions Day is Monday, July 24th @ 4 pm!
Requirements to participate: An adult over the age of 18 is required to participate with the children. An application must be filled out listing all children who wish to deliver together, as well as the adult participant.

Volunteer Appreciation Week 2023
Join us in thanking our amazing volunteers during Volunteer Appreciation Week, April 16-22, 2023 by donating to the cause, signing up to be a fellow volunteer, or posting a thank you on our page! Over 250 volunteers deliver 750 meals and drive 165,690 miles EVERY DAY to homebound clients in Wichita County!
Meals on Wheels Wichita County sends a HUGE THANK YOU to the Wichitans who give up a little of their time to show lots of love to others. As one of our clients put it, “Thank you from the bottom of my stomach and heart!”
5th Annual Blanket and Sock Drive
THE Kitchen's - Meals on Wheels is holding it's 5th Annual Blanket and Sock Drive to benefit Meals on Wheels in Wichita Falls!
The goal is to collect 1,000 fleece blankets, that only cost $3.00 at Walmart, and 1,000 pairs of socks. These items will be distributed to Meals on Wheels recipients to help them keep warm this holiday season.
Drop off your blanket and socks through the WHOLE month of November at The Red Door (1000 Burnett Street, Wichita Falls TX 76301) OR at Walmart on Lawrence Road (3130 Lawrence Road, Wichita Falls TX 76308) on November 30th between 10am - 2pm
Thank you for helping our seniors, disabled, and homebound in need in our community.
11th Annual Meals on Wheels Wichita Falls Golf Tournament

FASHION NIGHT OUT WF 2022
✧ FASHION NIGHT OUT WF 2022 will benefit Meals on Wheels Wichita Falls.
✧ FNO will be held THURSDAY, OCTOBER 13, 2022 @ THE FORUM at 7:00 PM. This event will feature a runway fashion show highlighting our local boutiques + the latest fashion trends, a live auction with designer handbags, and much, much more. It truly will be a night of fashion, fun, and community.

THE Kitchen's - Meals on Wheels is holding it's 4th Annual Blanket and Sock Drive to benefit Meals on Wheels in Wichita Falls!

Red Door Senior Center: Fall Festival
Clients of Red Door Senior Center are invited to join us on Friday, October 29, 2021. We are excited to be bringing back a congregate opportunity!
The Fall Festival will take place at Red Door Senior Center in Wichita Falls. Activities will begin at 10:30 AM, lunch will be served at 11:30 AM.
Activities will include a Cake Walk, Trick-N-Treating, and Guess the Weight Game!

Boots and Heels for Hot Meals
It takes every kind of shoe to help Meals on Wheels. Put on your boots or heels (or your favorite pair of shoes) for a fun night out to benefit the homebound seniors in Wichita Falls. The night will include entertainment, auction, food, and drinks.
Join us on Thursday, September 23, 2021, for Boots and Heels for Hot Meals at The Forum. The event begins at 6:00pm. Tickets are $75 per person. Each ticket provides 15 meals to homebound seniors served by Meals on Wheels Wichita Falls.
